Our skilled staff will take the initiative to get to know who you are, what your goals are, and whom you are trying to target. Once this is established we will gather that information and design your website / print piece to be eye catching and unforgettable. 1. How long will it take to build my website?
Production time for each project is different and is highly dependent on cooperation from both the design firm and the client. On average most projects take 3-12 weeks. We are able to accommodate clients on a tighter scale, if need be, depending on the size of the project and the delivery of resources.

2. How much will my project cost?
Cost is dependent on the size, type, and length of each project. However, at this time we do not take any web design projects that have a budget of less than $2,000.

3. Do you offer preset packages?
Our specialty here at Link Encounter is custom work. If we were to pre-determine structured packaged pricing we would loose the freedom and flexibility that is essential to custom design. Therefore, we do not offer preset package pricing. However, we are more than happy and willing to work within each of our clients’ budgets.

4. What is SEO?
SEO stands for Search Engine Optimization. When a website needs to be placed high in the search engines (Search Engines are Search Directories such as Yahoo and Google, etc.) it must be designed a specific way and certain elements must be included. These elements may be blogs, link directories, glossaries, etc. Just because a website is on the internet does not necessarily mean it will place high in the search engines. Several steps must be taken so that a website is visible in the listings on several search engines. The process of getting those websites to the top of the search engine listings is known as Search Engine Optimization.

5. What is your payment schedule like?
Our standard payment schedule for project pricing is:
1/3 down payment
1/3 at the end of the pre-production phase
1/3 at the end of production when resources are delivered
Hourly billing is:
Semi-monthly net 10 days.

6. Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we are happy to accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

9. How much will it cost to maintain my site?
Most projects do not require maintenance programs. However, if it is neccesary pricing will vary depending on what type of data must be maintained on a monthly basis. A reasonable maintenance agreement can be set up once the initial project is completed.
