Our skilled staff will take the initiative to get to know who you are, what your goals are, and whom you are trying to target. Once this is established we will gather that information and design your website / print piece to be eye catching and unforgettable. 1. Everything is Custom
What other companies offer:
You may or may not be aware of it, but the web design industry has entered into the world of templates, pre-made layouts with few custom elements. There are many web designers who will say they will create a website for you. However, once the project begins they’ll go to another web company, purchase a template for approximately $30-$250. They will throw in your logo and text and then sell it to you for 3-10x the amount of time and money they put into it. Not to mention that same template has been used many other times by many other companies.

Why we are different:
We pride ourselves in specializing in true custom web design. Each customer is a blank canvas to us. We begin each project with a client discovery meeting. At that time we will learn about the client, their industry, their corporate identity, their goals, and much more. It’s only after that that we begin the creative process and start designing your website. You can’t design for a company you don’t know. You are part of the design process and we want to know you!

2. We're NOT the CHEAPEST and NOT the MOST EXPENSIVE!
It's true, in life you get what you pay for! You can't expect to purchase a Mercedes Benz at the price of a Honda Civic. We're going to invest a lot of time designing and researching your company in order to design the best website possible. We're confident you'll get more than you expected from us.

3. We don't offer preset packages
Our specialty here at Link Encounter is custom web design. If we were to pre-determine structured packaged pricing we would loose the freedom and flexibility that is essential to custom design. Therefore, we do not offer preset package pricing. However, we are more than happy and willing to work within each of our clients’ budgets.

4. We are proffessional
Previous to our start, members of our team worked many years as designers and developers serving other corporations. We completely understand the standard of business that is expected in corporate America. We pride ourselves in not only being designers but professionals. We call when we say we’re going to call, we finish the project on time and we are available to help, any way we can, even after the project is finished.

We also completely understand that you as a client have many many other important things to do besides supervise the development of your website. One of the main reasons people put off having a website designed is they just don’t feel they have the time. We completely understand that! Each client will have a project manager that will be able to answer any questions you may have, regularly update you on the progress of your project, and keep you informed of whatever information we may need. We try to make your job as simple and effortless as possible. You can be as involved or uninvolved as you like. Either way the job will get done, and we are confident you’ll be happy with it.

5. We're easy to work with
When we meet with potential clients, every so often we're asked, "Why should I sign with you?". In reply we'll briefly explain our level of proffessionalism. We might even show them an award or two. However, we feel a big reason you should sign with us is simply because we're easy people to work with. We're resonable and flexible. We're a design firm not the DMV! We love our jobs and you're going to be suprised to see that reflect in our attitudes and our work.

6. Don't look at the numbers
50% - 70% of the people who walk through our door are requestiong a "redesign". Why? Before coming to us they previously signed with a company simply becasue they were the cheapest. They sacraficed quality for cost. That is what hurt them. Sure, everybody wants the best bang for their buck. However, no legit web design company is going to offer a 30 page custom website with advanced programming and flash for $3,000. If so, chances are the company is outsourcing your project overseas and when it returns you'll see why the price was so cheap.

7. Image is EVERYTHING!
We NEVER sacrafice quality for cost! It doesn't matter if you're paying $2,000 or $20,000 for a website. Its our job to make sure all designs properly reflect your brand identity. Our company tagline is "We'll Make You Look Good" and we truly believe we're going to do just that! We try to provide designs that exceed your expectations. Just like all other artists, we take pride in our work.

8. Don't Stress
It's understandable if your feeling stressed out to begin the process of aquiring a website. You may be thinking, But, I'm not sure what i want... What if my website can't be found?... What if it doesn't look good? First of all we'd like to assure you that we have been doing this for a long time and we know what we're doing. To eliminate doubt we hold a client discovery meeting. We talk about what your trying to accomplish. We do a lot of listening. Once we completely understand your goals we'll explain how we're going to achieve them.
